We deliver our dates across Pakistan, packed with care so they reach you fresh. Here is how delivery works.
Where We Deliver
We deliver to cities and towns across Pakistan through trusted courier services.
Delivery Charges
- Delivery is free on orders over Rs. 12,000.
- For smaller orders, the delivery charge is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
- For bulk and corporate orders, the delivery charge and date are confirmed with your quote.
Processing and Delivery Times
- We prepare and dispatch your order as soon as possible after it is confirmed. Custom gift boxes and corporate orders may need extra time to prepare.
- Delivery time depends on your city and the courier service. Major cities usually receive orders sooner than remote areas.
- In busy seasons such as Ramadan and Eid, please order early, as couriers can take longer.
- All delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, public holidays or other events beyond our control, but we will always help you follow up.
Tracking Your Order
After you order, you receive an email with your order number. You can check your order status any time on our Track Order page with your order number and email address, or ask us on WhatsApp at 0300-6234621.
Your Address and Phone Number
- Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are complete and correct. The courier may call you before delivery.
- If an order cannot be delivered because the address is wrong or nobody is available to receive it, we may need to charge for sending it again.
Sending Dates as a Gift
You can send dates directly to someone else. At checkout, enter the receiver’s name and address as the delivery address. With The Signature Box you can also add a personalised gift card with your message.
When Your Order Arrives
Please check your parcel when it arrives. If the box is damaged, or something is wrong or missing, take photos and tell us within 48 hours of delivery so we can put it right. See our Returns & Refund Policy.
Storing Your Dates
Keep dates in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, or in the fridge to keep them fresh for longer. Read our guide on how to store dates.
