About Us
MadinaDates.pk is an online store selling premium dates imported from Al-Madinah al-Munawwarah, Saudi Arabia, and delivered across Pakistan. Our aim is to offer authentic, high-quality dates with honest and friendly service.
Use of Our Website
- You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian.
- Use the website only for lawful purposes.
- Do not misuse the website, try to harm it, or try to access areas that are not meant for you.
Products and Availability
- All products are subject to availability.
- We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately, but natural dates and handmade packaging can look slightly different from the pictures.
- We may change or discontinue any product without prior notice.
Prices and Payment
- All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are shown at checkout before you place your order.
- Prices may change without notice. The price shown when you place your order is the price you pay, unless there is an obvious pricing error.
- You can pay by Bank Transfer or Cash on delivery. Orders paid online are processed once the payment is confirmed.
Orders and Cancellations
- After you place an order, you receive an email confirming that we have received it.
- We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there is a clear pricing error, if we cannot deliver to your address, or if an order looks suspicious.
- You can cancel your order free of charge before it is dispatched. Custom gift boxes and corporate orders cannot be cancelled once we have started preparing them.
- If an order you have paid for is cancelled, we refund the full amount as described in our Returns & Refund Policy.
Shipping and Delivery
- We deliver across Pakistan. Delivery is free on orders over Rs. 12,000. For smaller orders, the delivery charge is shown at checkout.
- Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays or other events beyond our control.
- Please make sure your address and phone number are correct. Full details are in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Returns and Refunds
- Because dates are a food product, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.
- If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or not in good condition, please tell us within 48 hours of delivery and send photos of the parcel and the product.
- After reviewing your request, we will send a replacement or give you a refund. Full details are in our Returns & Refund Policy.
Food and Allergies
Some of our gift boxes contain nuts, chocolate, honey and other fillings. Please read the product details carefully, and contact us before ordering if you or the person receiving the gift has a food allergy. We are not responsible for allergic reactions where the ingredients were described, or for products that are stored or used incorrectly after delivery.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, photographs, logos and designs, belongs to MadinaDates.pk. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
- We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products.
- We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
- Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the laws of Pakistan.
Privacy
Your use of our website is also covered by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated. By continuing to use the website after a change, you accept the updated terms. Each order is covered by the terms in place when it was placed.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
